Following a successful campaign in partnership with Interplay, Vicarious PR is thrilled to announce that our work on Baldur’s Gate: Dark Alliance has been awarded with the NYX Marcom Grand Award, the highest honor awarded by the organization.

Twenty years after the original console release of Baldur’s Gate Dark Alliance, our team was tasked with bringing the updated version to a whole new generation of gamers in a completely different era of technology. Delivering the game to PC, Xbox series X, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch, we utilized a synergized campaign spanning both public relations and social media. Our strategy centered on holistically targeting media journalists, YouTube and Twitch influencers, and fans of the genre directly through a bespoke social media content campaign.
